Warranty

We warrant to the original user that this product shall be from all defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.

Try the heat press for 30 days. If you’re not pleased with your new machine purchase you may return it for a full Pro World merchandise credit only.

Returns

Must be returned in original carton with original packing intact. A future order credit will be issued for the price of the heat press only. Must be free from damage or abusive wear. Shipping charges, outbound and inbound, will not be refunded.

Any other merchandise purchased with the machine will not be accepted for return unless there is proof of damage upon delivery (contact UPS) or the merchandise is defective or there is a mistake on our part.
