Warranty

We guarantee to replace any defective transfers free of charge within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is limited to replacements of lesser or equal value to the initial merchandise purchased only. TKO Sales are not responsible for any product of any nature to which our transfers are applied. Custom-made transfers are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. When applying transfers to multiple items, we highly recommend a review of the first completed item to identify any potential issues with the transfers, garments, or heat press. For the most complete quality review, a wash and dry cycle for the item in question is also recommended. This includes checking for peeling, cracking, fading, or dye migration. Reprints due to artwork issues will only be granted if the consumer did not approve the artwork before printing and/or selected our “print as is” option. Should either option have been opted for by the consumer at the time of purchase, the end result is the sole responsibility of the consumer, and thus no reprint, credit, or compensation will be provided. TKO reserves the right to deny credit, reprints, or compensation in any case.

Cancellation Policy

Print-ready orders placed before 3 pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped within 72 hours. Please note orders that are not print-ready when submitted may take up to 72 hours for artwork corrections and approval. If an order is placed before the 3 pm cut-off time, customers will have until 8 pm that same day to cancel their order. Orders placed after the 3 pm cut-off time will have until 8 pm the following day to cancel their order. After 8 pm, in either case, order cancellations will not be processed. Orders cannot be canceled while artwork services are in progress. TKO is not responsible for any delays or denied cancellations within the regulations listed herein. The print-ready status of artwork and delays that result are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

After reviewing your proof, you have two options: approve it to be printed as it is or inform us about the necessary modifications in the artwork. If changes are needed, you are entitled to two complimentary revisions with your proof order. However, if you require further changes beyond the two revisions, an additional fee will be charged. It’s important to keep in mind that a revision only entails minor adjustments to the artwork, not a complete redraw. Please note that the artwork service is not refundable if you decide to cancel the order after the proof was sent out for approval will only be able to cancel and refund the transfer cost.

Additionally, please note that once you approve the proof, the production time for your order will commence from the approval time. Therefore, it’s important to carefully review the proof to avoid any delays in production or delivery. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the proofing process, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Upon receiving proof, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect it for any errors, such as spelling, punctuation, dates, size, color, and transfer type. Please note that after approving the item and sending it to print, no further modifications can be made. If your approved item is printed with an error that was not corrected during the proofing process, you will be held accountable for any costs incurred for reprinting.
